Megan La Grave is a behavioral data scientist, product strategist, and repeat founder focused on designing technologies that unlock predictable, science-based flow states. She is the creator of ProductFlow™️ and the Let’sFlow Frameworks, used by world-class product teams to translate neuroscience and behavioral research into reliable, repeatable user experiences. A Techstars Alumn and the co-founder of Karmies, Megan has spent over a decade at the intersection of data and experience— including shaping the AI revolution by leading Data Scientist Experience & Research at DataRobot.
My Story
I grew up in Missouri, moved to Colorado, and spent my life chasing insight—not just in data, but in people. I’ve led teams, built products, raised capital, and spoken on stages—but what drives me is the spark that happens when someone sees clearly what they’re capable of building.
My background in neuroscience and behavioral science keeps me anchored in the messy, beautiful work of helping humans thrive—in products, in companies, in life. Mine isn’t the loudest founder story— it’s one of quiet strength, shaped by resilience, reinvention, and relentless curiosity.
